Terms of Service

Last updated:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Toolora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The Service

Toolora provides free and paid ("Pro") browser-based utilities for developers and creators. Most tools process data locally in your browser; some Pro features rely on our servers.

3. Free Tier & Advertising

Free use of Toolora is supported by third-party advertising, including banner ads and other ad formats. By using the free tier you agree to the display of such advertising.

4. Pro Subscription & Payments

Pro is a paid subscription that removes ads and unlocks additional features for a fixed period (1 month, 2 months, 6 months, or 1 year) on the device that purchased it. Payments are processed by PayPal and/or NOWPayments; we do not store your payment card or wallet details. Pro access is tied to a device token stored in your browser and does not transfer automatically between devices or browsers.

5. Refunds

Unless required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase, purchases are non-refundable once Pro access has been granted. (Adjust this section to match your actual refund policy.)

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access to it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Generated Content Disclaimer

Certain tools (e.g. the Privacy Policy and Terms generators) produce draft documents based on the information you provide. These drafts are starting points only and do not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any generated content, ideally with a qualified attorney, to fit your business and jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property

The Toolora name, design and site content are the property of Toolora or its licensors. Content you generate using our tools from your own inputs belongs to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service, including Pro access, for violation of these terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@example.com. (Replace with your real support email before launch.)
